Account & Membership Data: Membership type, billing information, payment history, check-in records, and class attendance when managed through our platform on behalf of a client business.
Communications Data: Phone numbers and message content related to SMS/text messages, including verification codes, appointment reminders, account notifications, and promotional messages.
Usage Data: Device information, IP address, browser type, and interaction data when you use our websites or applications.
Payment Information: Payment card details and billing addresses are processed securely through Stripe and are not stored on our servers.

Process transactions and manage memberships on behalf of our client businesses
Send transactional SMS messages including verification codes, appointment reminders, billing notifications, and account updates
Send promotional SMS messages only with your prior express written consent

Comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud

3. SMS/Text Messaging

ALICE Digital provides SMS messaging capabilities to client businesses through our platform. When you provide your phone number to a business using our platform (such as The Fitness Syndicate), you may receive text messages including:

One-time verification codes for login authentication
Appointment and class reminders
Account and billing notifications
Welcome messages upon account creation
Promotional messages (only with your prior opt-in consent)

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the services you use. Transactional messages are sent as needed; promotional messages will not exceed 4 per month.

Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. You may also contact us at support@alicedigital.studio to request removal.

Help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at support@alicedigital.studio.

No Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing purposes. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase or service.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:

With Client Businesses: We share relevant member data with the business where you hold a membership or account (e.g., The Fitness Syndicate), as they are the data controller for your membership relationship.
Service Providers: We use trusted third-party services to process payments (Stripe), send messages (Twilio), host our platform (Vercel, Cloudflare, Neon), and analyze performance. These providers access data only as needed to perform their functions.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect rights, safety, or property.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including AES-256-GCM encryption for sensitive communications, secure HTTPS connections, and access controls. Payment data is processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers. While no system is 100% secure, we take reasonable precautions to safeguard your data.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. We retain transactional records as required for business and legal purposes. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at support@alicedigital.studio.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@alicedigital.studio. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will promptly delete it.
