These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites, applications, and services operated by ALICE Digital, LLC ("ALICE Digital," "we," "us," or "our"), including software platforms provided to client businesses such as gym and fitness management solutions. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
ALICE Digital provides software platforms and digital services to businesses ("Clients"), including membership management, scheduling, payment processing, and communication tools. As an end user, you may interact with our platform when you use services provided by one of our Clients (e.g., The Fitness Syndicate). Your membership or service relationship is with the Client business; ALICE Digital operates the technology platform on their behalf.
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@alicedigital.studio if you suspect unauthorized access.
By providing your phone number to a Client business using our platform, you may consent to receive SMS/text messages related to your account. These messages may include:
Opt-In: By providing your mobile number during registration or check-in at a Client business, you consent to receiving transactional messages related to your account. Promotional messages require separate opt-in consent. SMS consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent. You may re-subscribe by texting START or by contacting the Client business.
Help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance.
Costs: Standard message and data rates may apply. ALICE Digital does not charge for messages, but your wireless carrier may. Contact your carrier for details about your text messaging plan.
Carriers: Supported carriers include, but are not limited to, AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and Sprint. Service availability may vary by carrier.
Privacy: Your phone number and opt-in consent will not be sold or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
Payments processed through our platform are handled securely by Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Membership fees, class fees, and product purchases are determined by the Client business. Refund and cancellation policies are set by the Client business — contact them directly for billing disputes related to your membership or purchases.

All content, software, designs, logos, and trademarks associated with ALICE Digital are the property of ALICE Digital, LLC. Client business branding and content remain the property of the respective Client. You may not use any intellectual property without prior written consent.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. ALICE Digital is not responsible for the business practices, services, or policies of Client businesses using our platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALICE Digital, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ALICE Digital, LLC, its officers, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ada County, Idaho.
